Six months into my partnership with health shift my expectations on how things would go have been blown away. I was very nervous early on about jumping into this new business adventure, but I am very glad I did. Like most good things, it took many hours of planning and preparation, but now six months in it has grown past my original expectations of where I thought we would be. Our physical therapists schedule is 80-90% full on most weeks, and the patients seem to love the dual treatment between PT and chiro. A blessing that I did not forecast is the weekly guidance I get from the Health Shift team when issues come up. I like the fact when problems arise, which is inevitable, I can get on the phone and get help from a variety of people who have been through this before and can help troubleshoot issues with me. Currently our office is in the planning stages for adding a second PT due to demand and how well things are going.
